Vereconference™ runs on JAVA, If when trying to enter a room, you get the following attempt to download a file:

1. You need to install Sun's JAVA software click here to install it.

2. If you see the JAVA loading window:

And the room appears but you get the following message:

3. Disable your web accelerator program. If you don't know how, call your Internet Service Provider.

4. If you are behind a firewall, you must give JAVA permission to communicate through the firewall. Most firewalls will ask if you want to let this program communicate on the Internet, you must choose yes. Consult your firewall manual for additional instructions if necessary.
